Abstract

Teknolojik gelişmeler rekabetin yoğun yaşandığı iş dünyasını etkisi altına almaktadır. Bu teknolojik gelişmelerden biri olan ‘Yapay Zekâ Teknolojileri’ organizasyonların iş süreçlerinin daha etkin yönetilmesini sağlamakta ve iş yöntemlerinde değişikliklere yol açmaktadır. İnsan kaynakları alanında ise; işe alım, eğitim ve performans yönetimi, yetenek yönetimi, ücret yönetimi süreçlerinde kullanılmaya başlamıştır. Bu çalışma da, organizasyonların sürdürebilirliği ve stratejik hedeflerine ulaşması açısından önemli olan ‘yetenek edinimi’, ‘yeteneği geliştirme ve elde tutma’ süreçlerinin yapay zekâ teknolojisi aracılığıyla yönetilmesine yönelik örnek uygulamalara yer verilmiştir. Yapay zekâ teknolojilerinin ‘Yetenek Edinimi’, ‘Yeteneği Eğitme ve Geliştirme’ ve ‘Yeteneği Elde Tutma’ süreçlerinde etkin olarak kullanıldığı ve hem zaman hem de maliyet açısından işletmelere önemli faydalar sağladığı yapılan literatür taraması doğrultusunda ortaya konulmuştur.

Abstract

Technological advancements have an effect on the business world, which is characterized by fierce rivalry. One of these technical advancements is ‘Artificial Intelligence Technologies’ which has allowed companies to better control their business processes and let to improvements in business methods. In the field of human resources; It has started to be used in recruitment, training and performance management, talent management and wage management processes. Sample applications for the management of ‘talent acquisition’ and ‘talent development and retention’ processes using artificial intelligence technologies are included in this study, which are critical for an organization’s long-term viability and achievement of its strategic goals. Artificial intelligence systems have been shown to be accurate and productive in ‘Talent Acquisition’, ‘Talent Training and Development’ and ‘Talent Retention’ processes and provide significant benefits to businesses in terms of both time and cost according to literature review.
