Abstract
Bu çalışmada öncelikle psikoloji tanımı, amacı ve psikoloji yaklaşımları olan Yapısalcılık, Davranışçılık, Gestalt Psikolojisi, Psikanaliz, Hümanist Psikoloji, Bilişsel Psikoloji, Biyolojik Yaklaşımın açıklanması amaçlanmıştır. Çalışmanın bu amacına ek olarak İşlevselcilik’in öğrenme ortamlarında kullanılabilirliğinin değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu çalışmada nitel araştırma yöntemlerinde biri olan alanyazın taraması tercih edilmiştir. Bu çalışmada psikoloji kuramları ve İşlevselcilik’in öğrenme ortamlarında kullanılabilirliği ile ilgili yerli ve yabancı alanyazın incelenmiştir. İşlevselci kuramların öğrenme ortamlarında kullanılabilmesi birçok olumlu sonuçlar doğurabilmektedir. Dikkat edilmesi gereken nokta işlevselci öğrenme kuramlarının doğru şekilde uygulanabilmesidir. Burada en önemli rollerden biri öğretmenlere düşmektedir. Öğretmenlere doğru strateji, yöntem, teknik ve materyal kullanmaları, öğrenciler arası bireysel farkları göz önüne almaları önerilebilir. Bunun yanında işlevselci kuramların öğrenme ortamlarında kullanılabilmesinde birtakım olumsuzluklarla da karşılaşılabilmektedir.

Abstract
The aim of this study is to explain the definition of psychology, constructivism, behaviorism, psychology, psychoanalysis, humanist psychology, cognitive psychology, biological approach. In addition to this aim of the study, it is aimed to evaluate the usability of functionalism in learning environments. In this study, literature review, which is one of the qualitative research methods, was preferred. In this study, domestic and foreign literature on the usability of psychology theories and functional learning environments was investigated. The use of functionalist theories in learning environments can have many positive results. The point that should be considered is the correct implementation of functionalist learning theories. One of the most important roles is the teachers. Teachers may be advised to use the right strategy, method, technique and material and to consider individual differences among students. In addition, some negative aspects may be encountered in the use of functionalist theories in learning environments.
