Abstract
Hayatımızın vazgeçilmez parçası haline gelen İnternet’ in bir ürünü olan web sitelerinin, özellikle de bir web sayfasını birden çok cihazda görüntülediğimiz şu dönemde, nasıl çalıştığı kadar nasıl göründüğü de önemlidir. Web sitesini meydana getirmek için gereken tüm parçalar gibi, web arayüzü tasarımı da belirli süreçlerden geçmektedir. Görsel ve işlevsel açıdan olumlu yönde etkileşim kurabilen bir web arayüzü için tüm bu süreçte takip edilmesi önerilen bazı aşamalar vardır. Bunların, tasarımcı tarafından uygulanıp uygulanmayacağı veya bu aşamalara ne derece sadık kalacağı gibi soruların cevaplarının ucu açıktır ancak yapılan araştırmalar göstermektedir ki bu süreçlere sadık kalındığında, zaman ve efordan tasarruf sağlanmakta, makul sürelerde hem amaca uygun hem de estetik anlamda nitelikli bir web arayüzü tasarımı ortaya çıkarmak mümkün olmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, ilgili literatür incelenmiş olup, buna bağlı olarak, bu çalışmanın Türkçe literatüre fayda sağlayacak etkin bir kaynak, iyi bir yol haritası olması hedeflenmiştir.

Abstract
How the websites, which are products of the Internet that became essential for our lives, look is important just as significant as how they work. Like all the parts needed to create a website, web interface design consists of certain processes. There are some suggested stages to follow in this process for a web design that can interact visually and functionally with its visitors. The questions of whether these will be used by the designer and how much s/he will hold to those steps are open-ended. However, the studies shows that when one abides by the processes of web design, time and effort are saved up together with the opportunity of creating a website that is fit for purpose and qualified in esthetics terms. In this study, the related literature has been examined and this study is aimed to be a good contribution to Turkish literature and a good source and a good roadmap.
