KÜRESEL REKABET ORTAMINDA ÜRETİMİ ARTTIRMADA KULLANILAN ÜRETİM YÖNTEMLERİNE İLİŞKİN UZMAN GÖRÜŞLERİ VE ELEŞTİRİLER ÜZERİNE BİR İNCELEME

Abstract
Küreselleşme ile birlikte artan rekabet ortamı, üretim yöntemlerinin de gelişmesine ve güncel üretim yöntemlerinin üretimi arttırma üzerine daha fazla odaklanmalarına neden olmuştur. Günümüzde üretimi arttırmada kullanılan güncel modeller beraberinde pek çok fayda getirirken, beraberinde bazı eleştirileri de getirmektedir. Bu araştırmada, otomotiv sektörü örnekleminde güncel üretimi arttırmada kullanılan yöntemler üzerinde uzman görüşleri ve bu yöntemlere getirilen eleştirilerin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Araştırmada Kocaeli ilinde üretim yapan otomotiv sektöründe görevli 11 personel ve Bosna Hersek Uluslararası Travnik Üniversitesi ile İstanbul Gelişim Üniversitesinde üretim dersleri veren 7 akademisyen olmak üzere toplam 18 uzman ile derinlemesine mülakat yapılmıştır. Daha sonra mülakat sonuçlarına göre üretim yöntemlerine ilişkin SWOT analizi yapılmıştır. Araştırma sonuçlarına göre bilgisayarlı üretim ve otomasyon üretimleri yeni ve kompozit malzemelere daha uyumlu olup, üretim süresini kısaltmakta ve üretimi arttırmada etkili sonuçlar vermektedir. Öte yandan bu yöntemlerin klasik üretim yöntemleri ile entegrasyonu konusunda henüz yeterli yol kat edilememiştir.

Abstract
Increasing competition media with globalization causes development of production methods and more focus on increasing productivity on current production methods. Whereas current models used for increasing productivity brings many benefits, there are some criticisms on them. In this research, expert opinions on methods used to increase productivity in current production and critics on these methods were aimed to examine. In the research, 11 personnel working at automotive sector in Kocaeli city and 7 academicians giving lectures at International Travnik University Bosnia-Herzegovina and Istanbul Gelişim University with total 18 experts were subjected to deep interview. Afterwards, SWOT analysis on production methods was performed based on interview results. According to results, computerized and automated production systems are more suitable to new and composite materials, and gives successful results to decrease production time and increase production. On the other hand, there is not enough success on integration of these methods with classical production methods.
