Abstract
Optimal Terapide, terapi sürecinin temel hedefi; sağlıklı kendilik yapısını oluştururken, kendini nevrotik düşünce dünyasına götüren eski dil yapısını nörolojik dil değişimi ile değiştiren, bunu hayatın gerçekleri ve inanç yapısından çıkarılan değerler yönelimi ile yoğuran, kendini optimal dengede tutacak hedefler belirlemede problem çözme aşamalarını en etkin karar heuristiklerini kullanacak ve gerçekçi bir bakış açısıyla yaptıklarının sorumluluğunu alabilecek bir kapasite geliştirmek için bireylere yardım etmektir. Entelektüel faaliyet sürecinde nöronların aktivitesini görüntüleyen beyin işlevlerinin haritalanmasına yönelik olan ve bilimsel yayınlarda gün geçtikçe artış gösteren çalışmalardır. Üst işlevlerin gerçekleştirilmesi sırasında, dilsel süreçlerden sorumlu olan bölgelerin yanında beynin geri kalan bölgelerinin de aktif hale geldiğini; okuma süreçlerinin söz konusu olduğu durumlarda görsel bölgenin, ses üretiminde ise motor bölgelerin aktif olduğunu göstermektedir. Dikkatle, hafızayla, duygularla vb. ilgili bölgelerin de aktif hale geldiği besbellidir. Bu listeye son yıllarda yayınlanan bazı bilimsel tanıtım çalışmalarının tespit ettiği gibi, farklı kabuk altı yapıları da girmektedir.
