Abstract
Gelişen web teknolojisi, tüketicilerin otel seçimleri ve rezervasyonlarına yönelik karar almalarını kolaylaştırdığı söylenebilir. Günümüzde tüketiciler, yoğun olarak otellerin web sitelerini veya otel seçimine yönelik bilgi sunan web sitelerini kullanarak seçim ve rezervasyon işlemlerini gerçekleştirmektedir. Otel seçimlerine yönelik web sitelerinde, tüketicilerin seçimlerine yönelik var/yok, artan/azalan gibi basit seçim ve karşılaştırmalar bulunmaktadır. Bu çalışmada, tüketicilerin karar almasını kolaylaştırmak amacıyla Topsis metodu kullanan PHP-MYSQL tabanlı bir karar destek sistemi geliştirilmiştir. Geliştirilen Karar Destek Sistemi, tüketicilerin otel seçimine yönelik kriterleri ağırlıklandırma-tanımlama-artırma-azaltma ve alternatifleri tanımlama, artırma, azaltma gibi işlemleri yapmalarına imkan tanımaktadır. Uygulamada, Antalya bölgesinde yer alan, 140 adet otel ve otellerin değerlendirileceği kriterler web sitelerinden elde edilmiştir. Elde edilen bulgulara göre, ilk 10 otel arasında, Kaş (2), Belek (2), Alanya (2), Manavgat (3), Lara (1) bölgelerinde bulunan oteller yer almaktadır.

Abstract
Evolving web technology makes it easier for consumers to make decisions about hotel choices and reservations. Today, consumers are making selection and reservation transactions using intensely web sites of hotels or web sites offering information about hotel selection. There are simple choices and comparisons in the web sites for hotel selection, such as whether there is a choice for consumers and whether it is increasing / decreasing. In this study, a PHP-MYSQL-based decision support system using the Topsis method was developed and implemented to make it easier for consumers to make decisions. The developed Decision Support System allows the consumers to define, increase, decrease the criteria for hotel selection and define, increase, decrease the alternatives. In practice, the criteria for evaluating 140 hotels and hotels in the Antalya region were obtained from their web sites. According to the findings, among the top 10 hotels; Kaş (2), Belek (2), Alanya (2), Manavgat (3), Lara (1), are located in the region.
