Abstract
Araştırmamızın amacı; Türk Dili ve Edebiyatı derslerinde, edebiyattan sinemaya uyarlanan eserlerin bir materyal olarak, sınıfta hangi yöntemlerle kullanıldığını tespit etmektir. Sinema filmlerinin sınıfta kullanımına dönük yapılacak uygulamalı çalışmalara ışık tutması açısından öğretmenlerin konu ile ilgili algı, tutum ve tecrübelerinin tespit edilmesi önemlidir. Araştırma deseni, nitel bir araştırma başlığı altında durum çalışmasıdır. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, amaçlı olarak tercih edilen, pedagoji eğitimi almamış öğretmenler oluşturmuştur. Araştırmada elde edilen veriler; (1) Öğretmenlerin görsel-işitsel materyal olarak filmlerin sınıfta kullanımına ilişkin eğitim durumu, (2) Öğretmenlerin filmlerini kaçıncı sınıflarda kullandıkları, (3) Öğretmenlerin filmleri eğitim amaçlı olarak ne sıklıkla kullandıkları, (4) Öğretmenlerin, sınıfta filmlerini kullanım yöntemleri, başlıkları altında yorumlanmıştır.

Abstract
This research aims to identify the ways in which the literature based films are used as a material in Turkish Language and Literature classes. In order to shed a light on the further practical studies regarding the use of cinema films in the class, it is important to identify teachers’ interests, perceptions and attitudes towards the subject. The method used in the research is a case study. The samples of the study consist of purposefully selected teachers who have’t got pedagogy education and currently work in İstanbul. The findings of the research have been interpreted under the following subtitles: (1) Teachers’ educational background regarding the use of films as audio-visual materials in the class, (2) In which classes and how often the teachers use films, (3) The ways the teachers use films in the class.
