Abstract
Bu araştırmada; son yıllarda turizm hareketliliğinin yoğun olduğu Beypazarı ilçesinde turizmin canlanmasıyla birlikte yerel halkın ilçede turizme olan bakış açısını belirlemek ve turizmin ilçede oluşturduğu ekonomik etkilerinin nasıl algılandığı incelenmiştir. Bu amaçla gerekli bilgilere ulaşmak için Beypazarı ilçesinde yaşayan yerel halk örneklem alanı olarak seçilmiştir. 400 yöre sakinine anket uygulanmıştır. Ankete katılan yöre sakinin demografik özellikleri, yerel halkın turizmin ekonomik etkilerine ilişkin yanıtlarıyla demografik özellikleri arasındaki farklılık, tek yönlü varyans analizi ve t testiyle; turizmin ekonomik etkileriyle yaş, meslek, öğrenim, gelir arasında istatistiksel olarak anlamlı bir ilişki olup olmadığını tespit etmek amaçlı korelasyon analizi yapılmıştır. Araştırmanın sonucuna göre; yerel halkın turizmin ekonomik etkilerini olumlu olarak algıladığı tespit edilmiştir. Turizmin ekonomik etkileriyle demografik değişkinler arasında anlamlı bir farklılık bulunmuştur. Öğrenim değişkeni ile turizmin ekonomik etkileri arasında anlamlı pozitif yönde bir ilişki belirlenmiştir.

Abstract
In this study; it has been investigated how the local people perceive the tourism effects in the province with the revival of tourism in the Beypazarı province where tourism mobility is intense in recent years and how the economic effects of the tourism were perceived by local people. For this purpose, local people living in the Beypazarı district were selected as the sampling area. A questionnaire was applied to 400 residents. The demographic characteristics of the residents participating in the survey were calculated by the difference between demographic characteristics, one way analysis of variance and t test, in response to the economic effects of tourism on the local population. A correlation analysis was conducted with the aim of determining whether there is a statistically significant relationship between the economic effects of tourism and age, occupation, education, income. According to the result of the research; it has been found that the local people perceive the economic effects of tourism as positive. There was a significant difference between economic effects of tourism and demographic variables. There is a significant positive relationship between the education variable and the economic effects of tourism.
