FATİH PROJESİNİN UYGULAMA SÜRECİNDE ORTAYA ÇIKAN SORUNLARIN OKUL YÖNETİCİLERİ TARAFINDAN DEĞERLENDİRİLMESİ

Abstract
Teknolojinin hızlı ilerlediği ve değişimlerin yoğunluk gösterdiği günümüzde bilgi ve teknoloji kullanımının ihtiyaç haline geldiği ve teknolojiden etkin bir şekilde istifade edildiği görülmektedir. Eğitimde teknoloji kullanımı artık zorunluluk haline gelmiştir. Bilgisayar Destekli Eğitimin günümüzde teknolojinin daha verimli ve etkin olarak kullanılmasında çok önemli bir yeri olduğu gibi bu yaklaşımla birlikte tablet bilgisayarlar ve akıllı tahta ile eğitim de önemli bir yer tutmaktadır. Ülkemizde de bilgi ve teknolojinin okullarda verimli bir şekilde kullanılabilmesi için Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı(MEB), FATİH Projesi adı altında (Fırsatları Artırma ve Teknolojiyi İyileştirme Hareketi) önemli bir projeyi hayata geçirmiştir. Bu çalışmanın amacı Fatih projesinin uygulama sürecinde ortaya çıkan sorunları, okul yöneticilerinin görüş ve değerlendirilmeleri kapsamında ortaya çıkarmaktır.

Abstract
It is observed that the use of information and technology has become a necessity and the technology has been used effectively in today's world where technology is rapidly advancing and changes are intense. The use of technology in education has become a necessity. Computer Assisted Education is a very important place in today's technology to use more efficiently and effectively, and with this approach, education with tablet computers and smart board also plays an important role. In order to use information and technology efficiently in schools, the Ministry of National Education (MONE), under the name of FATİH Project (Action for Increasing Opportunities and Technological Improvement), has experienced an important project. The aim of this study is to reveal the problems that occurred during the implementation process of the Fatih project within the scope of the opinions and evaluations of school administrators.
