ÖĞRENCİLERİN GİRİŞİMCİLİK DERSİ KAZANIMLARININ GİRİŞİMCİLİK EĞİLİMİ VE İNOVASYON YETENEĞİ ÜZERİNE ETKİSİ

Abstract
Bu çalışmanın amacı meslek yüksekokulunda öğrenim gören öğrencilerin almış oldukları girişimcilik derslerinden elde etmiş oldukları kazanımların öğrencilerin girişimcilik eğilimlerini ve inovasyon yeteneklerini anlamlı olarak etkileyip etkilemediğini tespit etmektir. Bu amaçla Gaziantep üniversitesinde öğrenim gören 431 öğrenci üzerinde yapılan anket çalışmasından elde edilen veriler analiz edilmiştir. Analiz sonucunda girişimcilik dersi kazanımlarının girişimcilik eğilimlerini ve inovasyon yeteneklerin pozitif yönde anlamlı olarak etkilediği bulgusu elde edilmiştir. Ve yine girişimcilik eğilimlerinin de inovasyon yeteneklerini pozitif yönde anlamlı olarak etkilediği tespit edilmiştir.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to determine whether the achievements gained from entrepreneurship course is significantly affect the entrepreneurship tendencies and innovation skills of the vocational higher school students. For this purpose, the data which obtained from the questionnaire conducted on 431 students at Gaziantep University were analyzed. As a result, it was found that entrepreneurship course achievements significantly affect entrepreneurship tendencies and innovation skills in positive direction. And it was also found that entrepreneurial tendencies also significantly affect innovation capabilities in the positive direction.
