PEDAGOJİK FORMASYON EĞİTİMİ ALAN KONSERVATUVAR ÖĞRENCİLERİNİN MESLEKİ BENLİK SAYGILARININ İNCELENMESİ

Abstract
Bu araştırmanın amacı, pedagojik formasyon eğitimi alan konservatuvar öğrencilerinin mesleki benlik saygılarının çeşitli değişkenler açısından incelenmesidir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu 2015-2016 yılında Dicle Üniversitesi Devlet Konservatuvarında öğrenim gören ve pedagojik formasyon eğitimi alan öğrenciler oluşturmaktadır (n=63). Bu amaçla araştırmanın verilerini toplamak üzere araştırmacı tarafından hazırlanan Kişisel Bilgiler Formu ve Arıcak (1999) tarafından öğretmen adaylarına yönelik olarak geliştirilen Arıcak Mesleki Benlik Saygısı Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda öğrencilerin mesleki benlik saygısı düzeyinin yüksek olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Araştırmaya katılan öğrencilerin mesleki benlik saygısı düzeyleri arasında cinsiyet, bölüm, baba eğitim düzeyi, aile aylık geliri, güzel sanatlar lisesi mezunu olma durumu, formasyon programı not ortalaması değişkenleri açısından anlamlı bir farklılık yoktur. Ancak anne eğitim durumu arttıkça bireyin mesleki benlik saygısı da artmaktadır.

Abstract
The purpose of this study is to examine the professional self-respect of conservatory students’ received pedagogical formation education in terms of various variables. 2015-2016 Dicle University State Conservatory Students (n=63) received pedagogical formation training, constituted the group of the study. As a data collection tool “Personal Information Form” prepared by the researcher and the “The Scale of Arıcak Professional Self-Respect” developed by Arıcak (2001) were used in the study. As a result of the research, it was determined that the level of professional self-respect of the students is high. There is no significant difference between the students' level of professional self-esteem and their sex, department, fathers' educational level, level of income, graduation from fine arts high school status and grade point average of pedogogical competency. However, the level of professional self-esteem increases as the level of education of the mother. However, as the educational level of the mother increases, the professional self-esteem of the i
