Abstract
Yüce Allah (c.c) insana akıl vererek ona sorumluluk yüklemiş, gönderdiği elçileri vasıtasıyla da akla rehberlik edecek mesajlarını iletmiştir. Vahiy kavramıyla ifade edilen bu mesajları insanlara ileten Peygamberler, bir taraftan tebliğ ederken diğer taraftan kendileri vahyin gereklerini yerine getirerek insanlara örnek olmuşlardır. Allah ile Peygamberler arasındaki bu özel ilişki, Peygamberler’in insan olma özelliğine ilaveten Peygamber vasıflarıyla da yakından ilgilidir. Burada, Allah (c.c) ile Hz. Muhammed (s.a.s.) arasında vahiy kavramı çerçevesinde gerçekleşen, Hz. Peygamber’e (s.a.s.) Kur’an dışında vahiylerin verildiği hususu yani Sünnet-Vahiy ilişkisi âyetler ışığında ele alınmıştır. Ayrıca “Hikmet” kelimesinin Kur’an’daki kullanımı, Sünnet’le irtibatlandırılması, Sünnet’in değeri ve anlaşılması konuları da incelenerek, bunlara dair değerlendirmeler yapılmıştır.

Abstract
Almighty Allah has installed responsibility to human giving the mind, through the Prophets sent has relayed messages guided to the mind. The Prophets who transmit these messages that expressed with the concept of revelation, on the one hand while notification the revelation, on the other hand they have been an example to the people fulfilling the need forth revelation. This special relationship between Allah and Prophets based on revelation, it is closely related to the prophet of Prophets in addition to the qualifications of being human. In this article the issue held in the framework of the concept of revelation between Allah and the Prophet Mohammad by which Prophet Mohammad informed outside Quran namely the relationship sunnah and revelation is discussed in the light of the verses. Also, using the concept of “wisdom” in the Quran, associated with the sunnah, the value of the knowledge and understanding of the issues examined assessments were carried out on them
