Abstract
Müzeciliğin "kültürel miras", "tarih ve kültür abidesi" gibi en aktif kavramları birbiriyle karşılıklı vahdet teşkil etseler de, fakat aynı seviyeyi paylaşmayan fenomenlerdir. Makalede bu fenomenlerin oranı müzecilik kontekstinden tahlil olunarak "anıt" kavramının hukuki durumu özelleşmiş kategori düzleminde anlatılmıştır. "Tarih ve kültür abidesi" kavramının "miras", "kültürel miras", "kültürel değer" fenomenleri ile oranının incelenmesi objektif özellik arz etmektedir. Bu zorunluluktan ileri gelerek makalede "tarih ve kültür abidesi" nin hukuki statü bağlamı incelenir. Bu amaçla "miras", "kültürel miras", "kültürel değer" fenomenlerinin kavram-anlam yönleri, hiyerarşik düzeyleri, nihayet, bu sistemde "tarih ve kültür abidesi" nin yeri, elahiddeliyi ortaya çıkarılır.Tarih ve kültür abidesi-muzeal fenomendir. Abstract
The article analyzed the phenomena "monument" in the context of Museum study and concept has been explained in terms of the legal status of the special category.
