Abstract
Bu araştırmanın amacı, aday öğretmenlerin öğretmen liderlik becerilerini geliştirmek için hazırlanan öğretmen liderlik eğitim programına ilişkin katılımcı görüşlerini belirlemektir. Araştırmanın çalışma grubunu, 2014-2015 eğitim öğretim yılında Gaziantep Üniversitesi Eğitim Fakültesi Türkçe Öğretmenliği Bölümünde eğitim gören 40 aday öğretmen oluşturmaktadır. Nitel araştırma desenlerinden “durum çalışmasıdır”. Araştırma verilerinin toplanmasında nitel araştırma yöntemlerinden yarı yapılandırılmış görüşme tekniği kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler içerik analizi yöntemine tabi tutulmuştur. Uygulanan öğretmen liderliği eğitim programının aday öğretmenler üzerindeki etkilerini; yükseköğretim kurumuna, üniversitelere, eğitim fakültesi dekanlıklarına, akademisyenlere ve aday öğretmenlere göstermesi açısından önemlidir. Abstract
The present study is aimed to determine the participants’ views about the program for the development of prospective teachers’ teacher leadership skills. The working group of the research consists of 40 prospective teachers studying at Gaziantep University, Department of Turkish Education in 2014-2015 academic year. It is a case study of qualitative research methods. Semi-structured interview technique is utilized in collecting research data and the obtained data are analyzed by the content analysis method. The study provides in-depth information about the effects of a teacher leadership training program developed by the researcher on prospective teachers for higher education institutions, education faculties, academics and prospective teachers.
