Abstract

Öz liderlik, sağlık çalışanlarının sağlık hizmet sunumlarını yerine getirmedeki irade derecesini göstermektedir. Çatışma kavramı ise günlük dildeki kullanımından farklı olarak, rekabet ve mücadele anlamına gelmektedir. Dolayısıyla çatışmanın bir örgüt içerisinde, iyi bir şekilde yönetilmesi haline, ciddi getirileri vardır. Bu nedenle yönetim literatüründe çatışma kavramı son yıllarda artan bir ilgi görmektedir. Özellikle genç çalışanlar için gerek çatışma, gerekse öz liderlik algıları daha fazla önem arz etmektedir. Öte yandan öz liderlik ile çatışma arasında ilişkiyi inceleyen yeterli çalışma yoktur. Yapılan bu çalışmada, genç sağlık çalışanlarının öz liderlik algılarıyla çatışma yönetim algıları arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesi amaçlanmıştır. Abstract

Self-leadership, which will indicate the degree of fulfillment of the delivery of health care workers. The conflict is different from the concept to use in everyday language, it means to compete and fight. Thus, the conflict within an organization, to become a good way to manage, there are serious returns. Therefore, conflict management concept in the literature is to see a growing interest in recent years. The need for conflict particularly young workers, both self-perception of leadership is of more importance.
