SINIF ÖĞRETMENLERİNİN ENGELLİLERDE BEDEN EĞİTİMİ ve SPOR DERSİNİ ETKİLEYEN SORUNLARA İLİŞKİN GÖRÜŞLERİNİN İNCELENMESİ

Abstract
Bu çalışmada sınıf öğretmenlerinin engellilerde beden eğitimi ve spor dersini etkileyen sorunlara ilişkin görüşlerinin incelenmesi amaçlandı. Veri toplama aracı olarak araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen anket uygulandı. Araştırma Kars il merkezinde görev yapan sınıfında engelli öğrenci bulunan 99 sınıf öğretmenlerinden oluşturuldu. Elde edilen verilerin frekans, yüzde (%) dağılımı ve aritmetik ortalaması (X) kullanılarak genel durum ortaya konmaya çalışıldı. Veri toplama aracının geçerlik ve güvenirlik analizleri yapılmış; iç tutarlılık katsayısı 86 olarak hesaplanmıştır. Bulgulara göre; sınıf öğretmenlerinin beden eğitimi ve spor dersindekendilerini yeterli bulmalarına karşın bir takım eksiklerinin olduğu, araç-gereç ve fiziki koşulların bu dersi yapmaya uygun olmadığı, okul yönetiminin gerekli desteği sağlamakta yetersiz kaldığı, sınıf öğretmenliği programından kaynaklanan sorunların engellilerle ilgili eğitim ve öğretimi olumsuz etkilediği sonucuna varılabilir.

Abstract
Investigation of classroom teachers' views on problems affecting the physical education and sports lessons in people with disabilities was aimed in this study. A questionnaire developed by the researcher was used as a data collection tool. The research was consisted of 99 classroom teachers working in the city center of Kars who had students with disabilities in their classrooms. The attempt to reveal the general situation was made by using the frequency, percentage (%) distribution and the arithmetic average (X) of the data obtained. The reliability and validity analyzes of the data collection tool were performed, and the internal consistency coefficient was calculated as 86. According to the findings, it can be concluded that classroom teachers had some deficiencies although they found themselves sufficient in physical education and sports lessons, that the equipments and physical conditions were not suitable for this lesson, that the school administration failed to satisfy to provid
