OKUL ÖNCESI EĞITIMINDE GÖREV YAPAN ÖĞRETMENLERIN EN SIK KARŞILAŞTIKLARI SORUNLARIN ÇEŞITLI DEĞIŞKENLER AÇISINDAN İNCELENMESI

Abstract
Okul öncesi eğitim kurumları, çocuklara, ilkokul çağına kadar olan dönemde eğitim ve bakım hizmeti veren kurumlardır. Bu çalışmanın amacı okul öncesi eğitim kurumlarında görev yapan öğretmenlerin en sık karşılaştıkları sorunları çeşitli değişkenler açısından incelemektir. Araştırmanın evrenini Bursa il merkezindeki M.E.B.’e bağlı bağımsız anaokulları ile ilkokul bünyesindeki anasınıflarında görev yapan öğretmenler oluşturmuştur. Bu evrenden random seçilen 150 okulöncesi öğretmeni araştırmanın örneklemine alınmıştır. Araştırma verilerini toplamak için konu ile ilgili literatür taranmıştır. Elde edilen bilgiler doğrultusunda, araştırmacılar tarafından bir anket formu geliştirilmiştir. Oluşturulan anket formu 150 öğretmene araştırmacılar tarafından tek tek uygulanmıştır. Bu çalışmada elde edilen veriler SPSS 20.0 paket programı ile değerlendirilmiştir. Verilerin frekans ve yüzdesel dağılımları verilmiştir. Abstract
Prechool education institutions are the institutions providing children with education and care services during the period until primary school age. The purpose of this study is to examine problems which teachers working at preschool education institutions encounter most frequently according to various variables. The population of the study was composed of teachers working in independent nursery schools and nursery classes within the body of primary schools connected to the MNE in the city center of Bursa. 150 preschool teachers selected randomly from this population were taken into the sample of the study. In order to collect data for the study, the literature related to the subject was reviewed. In the direction of the information obtained, a questionnaire form was developed by the researchers.
