Abstract
Geçmişte olduğu gibi günümüzde de Alevi yurttaşlarımızın demokrasi ve insan hakları konusu bağlamında devletten belli başlı talepleri hep olagelmiştir. Bu taleplerinin karşılanmaması nedeniyle ülkemizde katılımcı ve çoğulcu demokrasiye geçilememiştir. Alevi yurttaşlarımızın taleplerinin karşılanmaması bu kesimde devlete karşı hoşnutsuzluk yaratmakta ve bu hoşnutsuzluk durumunun da bir toplumsal sorun alanı olarak karşımıza çıktığını görmekteyiz. İşte bu toplumsal sorunlar alanının bertaraf edilmesi için hükümet tarafından gerçekleştilen Alevi Çalıştayı’nda sorunların tespiti ve çözümü düşünülmüştür. Bizde bu çalışmada, kamuoyunda “Alevi Açılımı” olarak bilinen “Alevi Çalıştayı Ön Raporu’nun söylem analizi yöntemi ile değerlendirilmesini yapmaya çalıştık. Söylem analizi tekniği gerçekleştilen bu çalışmada “Alevi Çalıştayı Ön Raporu’nun yalnızca nasıl olduğunu değil, nasıl olabileceğini ve nasıl olması gerektiğini anlamamızı sağlamaya dönük çözüm önerilerini ortaya koymak araştırmamızın

Abstract
From past to present, there are always demands of the Alaouite people in the context of the democratic and civil rights from the government. Because of the fact that those demands are not met, participatory and pluralistic of the democracy cannot be used in our country. Moreover, we see that the fact that those demands are not met, this is ignored and misused and turns into a social problem of the Alaouite people. Because of this, the ‘Discourse Analysis of preliminary Report of Alaouite workshop’ which is known as: ‘Alaouite Ascension’ in media is considered by the Government to be solved. One purpose of this research is to present resolution advisory to make it possible to understand, not only how the discourse Analysis of Preliminary report is, but also how it can be and how it should be. The main aims of the Discourse Analysis of the Preliminary Report of the Alaouite Workshop are to evaluate and to find the proper demands of these problems.
