Therefore some German words have been found, which have been borrowed from German in Turkish and have not been studied yet. It has been determined that there are 102 German borrowings, which have been previously studied in terms of phonology and semantics. In our study, however, there are 14 other words. These words have been investigated phonologically and semantically, and the form in German has been compared with that in Turkish. In terms of phonology, it is aimed to find out through which way the words have been borrowed in Turkish, starting from pronunciation and spelling and also to find out the sound events; in terms of semantics, the aim is to determine the semantic events in the words. Consequently, it has not been decided through which way these German borrowings, which are thought to have been borrowed orally or in written form in terms of phonology, have been borrowed in Turkish in some cases. The reasons for this consequence have been explained. Moreover, the sound events that are seen in the words have been written.
