This study was planned as a descriptive and cross-sectional study in order to determine the effects of ethical leadership behaviors of executive nurses on job satisfaction. The sample of the study consisted of 336 nurses working in a university hospital who agreed to participate in this study. Data were collected using Ethical Leadership Scale and Nurse Job Satisfaction Scale. Data were analyzed by t test, variance analysis and correlation analysis. It was determined that the average score of ethical leadership (3,80±,946) and job satisfaction (3,62±,769) score of the nurses participating in the study were above the average. It was determined that the average score of ethical leadership and job satisfaction score of the nurses participating in the study were above the average. As a result of the correlation analysis; A moderate positive and statistically significant relationship was found between ethical leadership and job satisfaction levels. (r=.789 ; p = 0.000).
