The aim of this study is to explain the theoretical framework of psychological contract and to give information about the importance of psychological contract for organizations. In this qualitative study, literature review model was used. In this model, domestic and foreign literature on the subject was searched. With the increasing competition and changing living conditions, the concept of psychological contract is gaining importance for businesses. It is possible to talk about the existence of a psychological agreement which indicates the perceptions of the employees about the obligations that employers have to fulfill against their employers and against their employers. According to the results of the research; The psychological contract imposes some mutual responsibilities on the employer and the employer. These responsibilities can be listed as working hard, loyalty, protecting the reputation of the organization, working overtime, being honest and respecting customers and colleagues; From the employer's point of view, it can be listed as making equal remuneration based on performance, providing training and development opportunities, offering promotion and promotion opportunities, providing job security, creating a satisfactory and reliable business environment, and providing performance based feedback.
