This study was designed to investigate the effects of organizational commitment, organizational citizenship behavior and its sub-dimensions on citizenship of individuals working in sports halls. For this purpose, a total of 404 employees were employed in sports halls in Antalya. In order to measure organizational commitment, Meyer, Allen and Smith (1993) scale which was adapted to Turkish by Çetin (2006) was used. In order to measure organizational citizenship behavior, a scale developed by Vey and Campbell (2004) and Williams and Shiaw (1999), which were adapted into Turkish by Basım and Şeşen (2006), were used. Data were analyzed with SPSS 22 program and 95% confidence level was studied. In order to explain the obtained data; t test, Anova test, pearson correlation test and regression test were used.
