The sample of the study consisted of 20 theses which consisted of 19 master’s and 1 doctoral dissertation between the years 2007-2018 within the scope of “teacher candidates’ critical thinking tendencies”. The data of the study was collected by document review. The collected data were analyzed by category and frequency analysis which is one of the content analysis techniques. The research sample was composed of master’s and doctoral theses: years, institutes, consultants’ titles, research approach, sampling methods, data callection tools, data analysis methods, validity methods and reliability methods were analyzed by analyzing, giving information about the result of the research and commenting on the results.},author={Hülya ALBAYRAK},year={2019},journal={The Journal of Academic Social Science}}
