Abstract

In this research, the aim was to reveal the opinions of the university staff’s about food and beverage establishment preferences and hygiene-sanitation. Statistical results were obtained by applying 270 personnel at Artvin Coruh University, which was formed as part of the research purpose. According to the results of the research, the university staff’s on the food and beverage establishment preferences were analyzed according to age groups, education level, working position, income level and eating out habits and university staff’s hygiene and sanitation opinions related to gender, marital status, education level, working position, income level and eating out habits are significant differences. However, according to the province / district university staff’s of the food and beverage establishment preferences and the hygiene-sanitation any relationship was found.
