Abstract

Innovations about consumers’ access to businesses and products have moved the relationship between businesses and consumers to the electronic environment. The concept of e-commerce has many advantages for consumers. In an electronic environment in which consumers use the Internet, because they can reach any product or service, which are necessary for their daily lives, in a short time, they have the possibility to choose the different types of products at the same time and they have access to international products and services, it makes electronic media and e-commerce irreplaceable. In this study; the problems encountered in e-commerce, the advantages and disadvantages of e-commerce were mentioned and the questionnaire study, which was prepared for the purpose of seeing e-commerce form of businesses to consumers (B2C), was conducted to consumers and the results were evaluated.
