A CONCEPTUAL RESEARCH AND A SUGGESTION},abstractNode={Whistleblowing, expressed in terms such as denunciation, bullying, disclosure, removal, information, news flight, indication; especially in organizations, to be silent in the face of injustice, to face unfavourable situations increasingly on ethical and immoral occasions and to inform the authorities about the relevant situation in order to prevent illegal incidents. Thus, this behaviour, which is made in order to provide organizational benefit, is a “caution”. Qualitative research technique was used in this research and scientific articles and thesis studies (2010-2017) related to the subject were examined. A total of 46 studies have been reviewed in this research and it has been found that seven different terms were used to describe the same subject (information, news flying, disclosure, reporting, informing, unethical behaviour, reporting ethical and illegal behaviour). However, it has been revealed that the meaning implied in the local researches examined overlaps with the expression of caution. As a result, it was concluded that it would be more appropriate to use the cautionary term for research about whistleblowing to prevent the crowded terms for the future local studies.},author={Sevtap SARIOĞLU UĞUR-- Lutfiye ÖZDEMİR},year={2019},journal={The Journal of Academic Social Science}}
