Abstract

New born babies trust mostly their mothers in their protection, caring and fullfilling physical needs. The mothers’ growed cultures and the sources,they get information about caring babies establish their beliefs for infant care and also effect their practices, implementations. In this study, researching of Arabian-Alawite mothers’, who are in social structure, non functıonal pregnancy, birth, puerperality and baby care applications according to condition of age and getting information situation is aimed The samples of this research are the mothers who are Arabian-Alewites and their ages are ranging between 20 and 41 and above (N=150) . In this research, as a data collection tool and for measuring the mothers’pregnancy, birth, puerperality and baby care beliefs and applications , “A Non Fuctional Belief and Application Scale” which has performed reliability and validity , is used. Also, in this research for determining the age of the mothers’ and receiving information about their baby care, personal informations forms are used.SPSS 23.0 package program is used in the analysis of datas and the significance level is determined as 0.05
