Abstract

The aim of this study is to reveal the effect of perceived organizational support and fit to organization on service performance. At the study, questionnaire technique was used for data collection. Within this scope, data were gathered from 400 employees who are working at 4 and 5 star hotels operating in Ankara, in February and May 2018. In the analysis of the data, reliability, validity tests, correlation analysis and regression analysis were performed. According to the results of the correlation analysis, a moderate high level of relationship was detected between perceived organizational support, fit to organization and service performance. In regression analyses, it was found that organizational support and fit to organization had a significant effect on perceived service performance.
