Abstract

The purpose of this study is to measure the level of job satisfaction and the level of organizational commitment of call center employees belonging to Y generation. For this purpose, the level of job satisfaction was measured with 20 questions based on the Minnesota job satisfaction scale. On the other hand, organizational commitment was evaluated with 17 questions based on Allen&Meyer's organizational commitment scale. A total of 829 people joined to the survey. Since 115 people were between 35 and 40 years of age, they could not be classified as X or Y generations so that they were excluded from the study. 42 of the remaining 714 people were excluded from the evaluation because they marked the same score in response to all questions. The remaining 672 people were suitable for the evaluation process. The hypotheses were evaluated by data analysis method.
