Quantitative research design was used in the study. The population of the study consisted of 120 people working in the ionized radiation environment at Selcuk University Medical Faculty Hospital and 92 people were included in the study. The data obtained from the study were analyzed with SPSS 22.0 program and the data were correlated by correlation analysis. Analiz sonucuna göre iş yaşam kalitesini iş yükü negatif yönde (r= -0,239), yorgunluk negatif yönde (r=-0,181), sosyal desteğin ise pozitif yönde etkilediği gözlemlenmiştir (r=0,249). The quality of work life of health workers working in a busy and stressful environment is important for providing better and quality service. Increasing the motivation of the employee and taking regulatory measures will affect both the workplace and the individual's family and social environment in a positive way and prevent the conflicts that may occur. The workload of health workers should be reduced and the quality of work life should be increased.
