Abstract

The aim of this research, teacher training in Turkey examined in comparison with the teacher training system in Germany and France, it is to contribute to innovation, which will be held in Turkey in the area of teacher training. In this research, document analysis method which is one of the qualitative data collection methods is used. The data collected from official sources such as the education ministries of the countries, internet pages of universities and internet pages of international education organizations were analyzed by content analysis. Research in the end, the continuous training of teachers negatively affected by policy changes in Turkey, has been shown to apply research-oriented teacher education programs. In Germany; In general, there is no single education policy for teacher education and it differs according to states. Although there is not a clear education philosophy adopted in education in general terms, it is seen that the education philosophy has been influenced by the education philosophy. In France; based on the concept of secular education, it is seen that freedom of thought and opinion is widespread in teacher education, and academic knowledge is given importance.
