In the first section a survey has been implemented on the subject of retired immigrants in the province and districts of Antalya, where foreigners have purchased the most property in our country and the most retired immigrants live. Information they need during adaptation to their region where they live has been asked based on level of significance and meeting needs revealed by this survey. In the second section, the public libraries in Antalya were evaluated in terms of staff, collections and services.
