Abstract

Most of the nation states emerged as constituent states, creating a homogeneous nation, and the existing territories and power as anxiety of protection in this way. The mentioned protection and / or protection practices are the most prominent case; In the framework of the nation-state mission, our international peoples, which we have defined through our national-national values, and the practices that we produce with the measures we take with all national means. The media, on the other hand, have come to the forefront as the greatest power of the century in convincing societies. In this context, the main concern of the study is to determine how and to what extent the media, which is the subject of controversy in the context of an adjective ranging from ‘the fourth power to the first one’, can become functional in the axis of national and international anxiety and interests.
