It is important to determine the level of success of financial performance measurement, to determine whether the achieved targets have been achieved, to reveal its strengths and weaknesses, to determine correct and realistic plans for the future. Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is the most preferred nonparametric, linear programming-based method for determining the extent to which enterprises use their resources effectively. The aim of this study is to determine the financial activities of twenty five companies operating in the Real Estate Investment Trusts sector based on their financial statements between 2013-2017. Input ratio consisting of current ratio, cash ratio, receivable turnover rate, equity turnover rate and asset turnover ratio, return on equity resulting from profitability, net profit margin, gross profit margin, borrowing ratio, CCR input from Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) methods method.
