In this study, capable of playing musical instrument and music education at an early age children, music education receiving, which benefit from music concerts, performed compared to children who can not play musical instrument as a result of research and experiments; Cognitive development; sensory-motor, pre-processing, concrete operational stage, abstract operational period. (Wadsworth, 2015) Psycho-social development; confidence-confidence, independence-shame, guilt-assertiveness, success-inferiority, identity-winning role confusion, loneliness-establish friendship, productivity-lag, self-despair. (Erikson, 2014) Psycho-motor (motor) development; reflex movements of the period, primitive movement phase, the basic movements period, the era of the sports movement. (Gallahue, Ozmun, Goodway, 2014) Made progress in the development stage, concepts, commands, perception-implementation process, Umeda cope with stress, anxiety problems minimizes able, in the expansion of vocabulary, ear development was determined that occurrence of positive feedback.
