This property is caused by the adaptation of mud, glaze and paint. Many analyzes have been made to investigate the structure of Iznik tile mud, but no definite result has been achieved. One of the reasons for this is the organic materials placed inside the Iznik tile mud. These organic materials give many properties to the mud such as bonding, plasticity, porosity and durability. It is not always possible to detect these substances that burns away during burning which is also called burning loss. In this study; In the light of historical sources, experiments were carried out to identify and apply these organic substances using the data available.
