ANALYSIS OF FACTORS WHICH DETERMINE THE USAGE AND PURCHASE BEHAVIOURS OF AUTOMOBILE OWNERS: AN IMPLEMENTATION IN ERZURUM CENTRUM OTOMOBİL SAHİPLERİNİN KULLANIM VE SATIN ALMA DAVRANIŞLARINI BELİRLEYEN FAKTÖRLERİN İNCELENMESİ: ERZURUM KENT MERKEZİNDE BİR UYGULAMA
In this study, it was tried to determine what factors affect vehicle owners' usage and purchasing behavior. For this purpose, informations about automobiles were collected from experts and factors that could affect the purchasing decisions were determined. The study consist four chapters. In first chapter, general informations about automobile sector were given. Historical development of automobile sector in World and Turkey were disclosed. In second chapter, marketing and consumer concepts were disclosed and demographic, culturali economic and psychological factors were mentioned which effect the purchasing behaviour of consumer. In third chapter, it is informed that data sets, method and results of old studies which is about demand of automobile sector. In last chapter, a questionnaire were implemented to 401 consumers in Erzurum centrum. Datas from this questionnaire were interpreted statistically with the implementation of Anova Test, Post Hoc Test ( Multiple Comparison Test), Scheffe Test ( Binary Comparison), One-Sample T-Test.
