Abstract

Program evaluation in education serves to diagnose the strengths and weaknesses of the program prior to implementation and the efficiency of the latter after implementation. Thus, programmers decide whether the program should be reviewed, compared, maintained, or finished. Different evaluation models are used for this purpose. Expert-oriented assessment involves the evaluation of an educational institution's program, product or activity, especially when it is judged by professional experts.
