Abstract

"Many working people need to rest and leisure. But conservative people also want to make a holiday in a venue they can spend their holidays in a relaxed way and they can also fulfill their religious obligations.In such a holiday as possible through Islamic or halal hotels. Alcohol should not be used in the preparation of Halal food and salad type foods in Halal Hotels. The materials used in cooking must have access to halal standards, the additives used in foods and beverages is required to have the absolute lawful document. The most distinctive feature of the Halal Hotels from others, the swimming pool and beach must be separated for men and women. Hotels must have separate prayer room for men and women, food, drink, entertainment, the sea and all the services that come to mind, as required by the Islamic faith and it must be designed in accordance with Islamic rules. For this, in this paper, this article focuses on the Halal Critical Control Points encountered during food production and service delivery in the Islamic Hotels."
