Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the level of values in secondary school curricula according to socio-economic level, gender and occupational status of schools. Descriptive study model was used in the study.. The universe of the research is composed of 1450 middle school teachers working in the central district of Batman Province during the academic year 2012-2013. The sample of the study consists of 317 teachers working in 15 schools including socio-economically selected high school, middle school and lower level selected schools. In the research, a scale developed by Özdaş (2013) was used as a data collection tool.
