Abstract

The International Labour Organization (ILO) by management consulting; managers and their organizations to analyze to figure out the practical problems that face the organization, to improve the performance of other managers and organizations learn from the experiences of new business opportunities and help to use a professional service that is considered useful. Qualified management consulting practices in the business world are one of the key elements that significantly increase the market and competitive performance of companies. However, since the management consultancy in Turkey depends on the demand, neither the public nor the private sector can reach the desired level yet. The management consultancy, which is in the development stage in Turkey, seems to be unable to catch up with the development of the world due to various problems. The purpose of this study is to examine the obstacles in the development of the management consulting sector in Turkey with the scope of management consulting. The findings of the study will be useful in understanding all aspects of management, advisors, vocational counselors and academics who will conduct research in this area.
