Abstract

The objective of this study is to present the influence of the animated applications on the performance of science and technology course students. For this purpose, the constructivist approach supported by animations has been investigated in “Living Creatures & Energy Relations’’ topic on the 8th year class secondary school students’ success. An achievement test has been developed as a data gathering tool and this test has been utilized as pre and post testing. According to the results obtained, the constructivist approach supported by animations applied on the experimental group has been more affective to increase the academical success than the constructivist approach applied on the control group.
