Abstract

The main purpose of this study to analyze the relationship between organizational commitment with organizational support and organizational trust. In first chapter, literature survey was made and organizational support, organizational trust and organizational commitment terms was explained. İn application section of the study Questionnaire was conducted to employees in the call center operating in the province of Erzurum. Perceived organizational support, organizational trust and organizational commitment discussed for the research by dimensions. The impact of organizational support and organizational trust on organizational commitment was described separately as theoretical. The developed hypotheses were analyzed. As a result, the relationship between dimensions of variable was analyzed and the impact of organizational support and organizational trust on organizational commitment was determined.
