Abstract

Towards the end of the 20th century, public social security reforms have become the focus of policy makers. Between 2000 and 2050, the expectation of more increase on the population over 60 years, increased life expectancy, declining birth rates, and rising of spending on old-age pensions have begun to threaten the world. The issue of how to finance rising costs has raised the question of how resources will be generated in developed and developing countries. For this reason, some revisions have been made to pension plans.
