Abstract

The aim of this study is to draw attention to the forms and elements of non-human organization practices that have not been given so much consequence in the mainstream organization theories. For this purpose, animal communities, which can exist within the socialization which is regarded as a precondition for the formation of the organization are studied from the aspects their organizational forms, their power and role distributions, the administrative practices they use, and the hierarchical structures.
