Abstract

While being an Arabic Word, Mecmua; is come to mean; collecting, unite together in Turkish. In Turkish History of Literature, mecmua are quite significant sources to unite various literature pieces together. Without having any restrictions about structure, context and content, mecmua has become a supplemental source for the parts of the literature history where the fundamental sources could not enlighten.
