It is explained how the concept of nationalism is oriented in Hüseyin Nihal Atsız and Niyazi Berkes in the historical process. The contemporary approaches of the two thinkers are discussed with similarities and differences. Perspectives on the concept of nationalism have been evaluated together with the social conditions of the period they lived.
