Abstract

Presented study consists of three parts. First part of the study includes topics related to total quality management. Principles of total quality management are handled in second part of the study. This part focuses on those principles of total quality management, especially employee involvement. Total quality management and employee involvement (in decision making process) are handled here. A case study is presented in the third part of the study. Related part is elaborated with the principles of total quality management used in a corporate organization. Obtaining ideal ranking for the principles of total quality management which can be defined as the aim of the study is covered. Ideal ranking is aimed to be a reference primarily for studied corporate organization, and afterwards for other organizations. Aforementioned part debates on change related to place of employee involvement principle in ranking principles of total quality management and enhancement in employe involvement. Thereby, positive results related to customers which arose in the corporate organization case are presented and all those explanations are included in the aim of the study. Furthermore, importance of compliant use of distinguishing principle of this study with jargon is also emphasized.
