The research sample of the Faculty of Education 32 (43%), Faculty of Technical Education 35 (95%) and the Faculty of Engineering 30 (53%) including 97 (33%) consisted of the instructor. Relative assessment it was determined that increased competition among students. Although the same level of knowledge, the relative evaluation system evaluated in the students' grades, students assessed in absolute evaluation system is higher than the idea is come to the fore. A further result obtained in the study of the teaching staff on the implementation of the relative and absolute assessment is mixed.
