Abstract

The purpose of this research is to put the school administrators who work in the public schools into consideration. In this research conduct qualitative research, the findings were used in the analysis. The number of students is more than 1500 students in the schools. 24 school administrators voluntarily participated in the research.The data obtained in the study were analyzed by content analysis method. In accordance with the findings that is obtained, school administrator have given feedback about the audit after a certain period of time thas they can see their strenght and weakness. Some of the school administrator have pointed out that the inspector of the ministry of education who come to school are quiding and coaperating with them. Some of the school administrators have pointed out that the audit have done as a burocratıc and the time of the inspectors of the ministry of educations stay at school is not enough to get to know a school and some inspectors come to school only for detecting a weak point of the school. Moreover, some administrator have emphasited that the numbers of inspector are insufficient who come from the center and they evaluate every school by the some forma. School administrators have pointed out that audit should be school based.
